presents in their own words a brief summary of their work
experience and their perfect job assignment. Each candidate
is then categorized according to Job Category, Job Location,
Job Type (Contract, Perm, Contract to Perm), and Skills by
years of experience. This profile is searchable via predefined
keywords or free text search. |

candidates in our database. Whenever a new candidate is
entered or a passive one is activated, the agent cross-references
the candidate profile keywords against the job order required
keywords. When matches occur, these new candidate profiles
are e-mailed to you.
In order
for a match to be made the candidate must list the job location
as their preference and list all of the required keywords
in their screened profile. This feature can be activated
or deactivated for each job.
